THE LATEST IN MODERN INSULATION TECHNOLOGY
TC Ceramic, a liquid ceramic insulation coating, is the latest in modern insulation technology. TC Ceramic has been utilized in a variety of industrial plants around the world
The formula for TC Ceramic was developed several years ago after extensive research. One of its unique characteristics is it’s ability to withstand operating temperatures up to 260C
TC Ceramic is the most advanced product of its type. It can withstand high temperatures over a very long period of time.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF OUR INSULATION TECHNOLOGY?
Anti-corrosive
Our insulation coating is applied directly to the surface, protecting it from moisture in the surrounding environment and therefore preventing corrosion. Make your materials last longer with our technology.
Sound dampening
The acoustic properties of our sound dampening paint can help to reduce noise coming from rooms that contain loud machinery. This dampening effect can be achieved with only 1 mm of paint.
Thermal resistance
Highly resistant to hot surfaces, our thermal insulation paint can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, reducing the surface temperature of the material to which it is applied.
Safer working environments
TC Ceramic will help make the working environments of your employees safer, providing hearing protection against loud machines, and reducing the risk of burns from hot surfaces.
OUR APPLICATIONS
TC Ceramic, a liquid ceramic insulation coating, is the latest in modern insulation technology. TC Ceramic has been utilized in a variety of industrial plants around the world. Different types of applications, although they vary from customer to customer, all benefit from similar characteristics and benefits. Some of these uses and applications are included, although not limited to, in the following pages.
By using 30 to 40 mils
(.75 mm to 1.0 mm) of TC Ceramic on the interior of a building or on the housing of equipment that is generating noise acoustical benefits will be noticeable.
TC Ceramic can be applied directly on a concrete surface to provide thermal insulation for the concrete without having to build internal or external wall space for insulation. (Recommended 40 mils –or 1 mm)
TC Ceramic can be protected from damage or abuse by floor covering when applied to a concrete floor.
TC Ceramic will lower the outside temperature of hot pipes, boilers or holding tanks in industrial plants.
OUR RESULTS
Coating the roof of our metal buildings with TC Ceramic dropped the under roof temp. 40Ε.
After the reefer roof was coated, we pulled the temp down to 34 and left it overnight in a hot humid evening with the reefer off and the next morning it was 40 degrees. We were very pleased. On the trailer, we are now able to keep it down to 40°F.
After coating the inside shell of my eagle coach conversion with 30 mils of TC Ceramic, it went from being an oven inside in Arizona sun, to being almost cold inside. We also coated half a piece of sheet metal on one side. In the sun, the difference between one end and the other was more than 40 degrees.
